How often do you restock?
We restock regularly, although we can’t guarantee a particular product will be restocked after it’s sold out . You can sign up to our newsletter for the latest updates on new stock
I've just placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. UK Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from shipment day
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to addresses in the UK. However we are in the process of setting up our international shipping facility
I have not recieved my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you
Can I return an item?
Yes you can. Items can only be returned for a refund or exchange if unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. Please note returns must be made within 7 days from receipt. If you would like to arrange a return, kindly send over an email to email@example.com.
